Delivery Information

Thank you for choosing JYSK.

Due to increased order volumes during the sale/ promotion period we are experiencing brief delays. While we work to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible this may take longer than expected.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

All delivery orders are processed within [7 to 10] days, all pick-up orders are processed within [5 to7] days. Our customer service team will contact you during the mentioned timeframe to arrange for the delivery or/ and store pickup timeframe.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [7 to 10] business days of the date of your purchase. Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, except holidays. Please note we do not deliver on Fridays.

Date of delivery may vary due to assembly or installation, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items purchased.

A customer service representative will contact you to communicate a pick-up date in advance. Dhajeej branch only: open daily, seven [7] days a week from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Delivery is KWD 5 to all locations in Kuwait. Installation starts from KWD 1 and can go up to KWD 9 depending on the quantity, products size, and time required for products to be installed.
