Due to the high number of orders we usually receive during sale periods and promotions, we would like to inform you that our online delivery process and timeframes will be as follows:

 

  1. Our customer service team will contact you within (8) working days after completing your purchase.
  2. Once reached, your order will be delivered within 48 hours or at your convenience.
  3. Orders are generally delivered Saturday to Thursday, between 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Friday delivery is not available.
  4. The delivery timeframe mentioned above is applicable for all orders that require or do not require assembly or installation.

  • JYSK Shuwaikh: open daily, seven days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm,
    • Friday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
  • JYSK Al Dhajeej: open daily, seven days a week from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • JYSK The Avenues: open daily, seven days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is KWD 5 to all locations in Kuwait.

Where are your locations?

Dajeej, Shuwaikh, and The Avenues. You can find us on google maps.

How much is Installation?

Installation starts from KWD 1 and can go up to KWD 9 depending on the quantity, how big the products are and time required for the products to be installed.

When will I receive my order?

After you receive your order confirmation via email, we will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Delivery will take place within 3-4 day for accessories and 5-7 days for furniture products.

During sale periods and promotions, our online delivery process and timeframes will be as follows:

● Our customer service team will contact you within five (5) working days after completing your purchase.

● Once reached, your order will be delivered within 48 hours or at your convenience.

● Orders are generally delivered Saturday to Thursday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

● Friday delivery is not available.

● The delivery timeframe mentioned above is applicable for all orders that require or do not require assembly or installation.

Is pick-up available?

Yes, a pick-up only entrance is available at Dhajeej store, 7 days a week! A customer service representative will contact you to communicate a pick-up date in advance. Please have your order number ready to collect your order.

What are your operation hours?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Knet, Apple Pay, Tabby & Tamara.

Do you have cash on delivery?

No, we only provide E-payments.

Are your products authentic?

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We receive all our products directly from JYSK Denmark.

We only serve customers in Kuwait.

Items must be in original condition and cannot be installed or used.
