Terms and conditions for the publication of customer reviews on the website:

1. The Service allows you to upload and publish written reviews along with your own photos/videos ("User Content"). Any User Content you share on the Service will remain your property, and we will not assert any ownership claims over it.
2. You hereby provide us with a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to host, store, transfer, display, adapt, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute your User Content (in whole or in part) across any media formats and through any media channels, whether currently known or developed in the future. It is understood that no compensation will be provided for the use of your review or photos, and they will be made available to the public without attribution or remuneration.
3. When you upload photos and videos, aside from granting us a license to publicly post them on this site and other channels and allowing other users to download and use them, you also authorize us, under your copyrights, to take action against any infringements of the sublicenses granted to others in relation to the photos/videos. In case a user on this site misuses any of your downloaded photos/videos from the Service, you empower us to enforce your copyrights on your behalf.
4. You, solely, bear responsibility for your User Content and any consequences arising from its upload to this Service. Each time you upload User Content, you affirm and guarantee to us that:
   1. You are the creator and rightful owner of the User Content or possess all necessary rights from other individuals or entities to use and authorize other users to use your User Content on the Service as intended.
   2. Your User Content does not and will not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, moral rights, or represent slander, defamation, or libel to any individual or entity. Knowing that your User Content must be your original creation, obtaining permission from any third parties holding rights in the User Content is a must before uploading or posting it to the Service.
   3. We actively monitor all User Content uploaded to the Service and reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content at any time (without prior notification) for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms or if the User Content is deemed objectionable. The right to make changes to User Content remains within our ownership.
